By using SaharaX, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Agreement

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a Booking ID. All participants must agree to follow the safety instructions of the guides.

2. Pricing

Prices are in EUR and include taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but existing bookings will be honored at the original price.

3. Liability

SaharaX acts as a marketplace. While we verify all partners, we are not liable for personal accidents or lost items during the tours, though we assist in all claims.

4. Conduct

Travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the environment of the regions visited.
