Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our local partners.
1. Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made more than **24 hours** before the scheduled start time are eligible for a **100% refund**, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
3. Provider Cancellations
If we or our partners cancel an experience due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Processing Times
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
